Nothing on this website is tax, accounting, legal or financial advice for your situation. Tax rules change and depend on facts specific to each person and business. Do not act on anything here without engaging us or another qualified professional to review your circumstances.
Completing the New Client Assessment or the contact form does not create a client relationship and does not obligate either party. A client relationship begins only when we and you agree in writing on the scope of the work and the terms of the engagement.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. The quality of any guidance depends on the accuracy of what you supply.
Work we perform for clients is governed by a separate engagement letter covering scope, fees, responsibilities and timing. Where an engagement letter conflicts with these website terms, the engagement letter governs that work.
Access to the client portal is provided to existing clients. You are responsible for keeping your sign in details secure and for the activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Appointment scheduling and the client portal are provided through third party platforms. Those services have their own terms and availability, and we are not responsible for their performance.
The content, layout and branding on this site belong to Jones Accounting Group, LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change or remove content at any time.
